Who we are

Your Voice Blueprint is a service operated by Sonja Laser, trading as Dolce Digital, based in Bretagne, France. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Sonja Laser / Dolce Digital.

What data we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us. This happens in the following situations:

• When you fill in a Tally form (questionnaire or intake form): we collect your name, email address, and the content you share in your responses. This data is used to deliver your Voice Blueprint or to respond to your application.
• When you send us an email: we collect your email address and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry.
• When you make a payment via Stripe: payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of payment and your email address.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this website.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR:

• Contract performance: processing your intake form data and delivering your Voice Blueprint.
• Legitimate interest: responding to your enquiries and following up on your application.
• Consent: if you opt in to receive follow-up emails (you can withdraw this consent at any time).

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deliver the service you requested and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions. We do not keep data indefinitely. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.

Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Tally (tally.so) — form collection. Data is stored on Tally's servers. See Tally's privacy policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google Workspace — email and document delivery. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to object to processing or request restriction
• The right to data portability
• The right to withdraw consent at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
