Who provides this service

Your Voice Blueprint is operated by Sonja Laser, trading as Dolce Digital, based in Bretagne, France. By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Voice Blueprint DIY

The Voice Blueprint DIY is a self-service digital product. Upon purchase and completion of the questionnaire, you receive a personalised Voice Blueprint document delivered to your email inbox.

• The product is delivered digitally. By starting the questionnaire, you acknowledge that delivery will begin immediately and that you therefore waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.
• Due to the personalised nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once your Voice Blueprint has been generated and delivered.
• If you have not received your Blueprint within 2 hours of completing the questionnaire, contact us at hello@yourvoiceprint.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Voice Blueprint Pro

The Voice Blueprint Pro is a done-for-you service. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment arrangements are agreed individually before work begins. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.

• Work begins upon receipt of your completed intake form and agreed payment.
• Revisions are included as described in the service agreement for each project.
• Cancellation terms are agreed individually and specified in the service agreement.

Intellectual property

The content we produce for you using your raw material belongs to you. You own everything we create together.

The Voice Blueprint methodology, this website, and all original content on it belong to Sonja Laser / Dolce Digital. You may not reproduce or resell our methodology, tools, or website content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with care and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (visibility rankings, revenue, citation frequency) as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates the last revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
