About

I've been making human communication
survive digital translation
since 1998.

"People communicate better in person than online. Technology makes it generic. I make it human."

My name is Sonja Laser. I built the Voice Blueprint because I kept seeing the same problem — brilliant, credentialed, deeply experienced people whose online presence was indistinguishable from everyone else in their field.

Not because they lacked ideas. Because their ideas were trapped inside their emails, their reports, their conversations. The medium was eating the message.

I've been fixing that problem in one form or another since before most people knew it existed.

1998

Good Morning Paris

I co-founded a pioneering web magazine with user-generated content and even video integration — before YouTube was a thing. I was doing content marketing and community building before those words existed.

The project was never launched at scale. Some of the best things I've built. The work was still real.

2000–2012

12 years of hotel marketing before it had a name

Independent boutique hotels. Content strategy, SEO, email marketing, and cultural adaptation — before those were job titles. Every hotel was warm in person and cold, generic, and forgettable online. I spent twelve years fixing that gap so hotels could communicate directly with their guests and earn more direct bookings.

This is where the Voice Blueprint methodology comes from. The problem of warmth not surviving digital translation is the same problem — whether the client is a boutique hotel in Paris or an M&A advisor in Rotterdam.

The thread

The backstage pass requirement

I grew up following my father through a newspaper printing press. No no-go zones, ever. That became my working method: I need to understand what the cog does that I'm turning. The informal power lines. The information flows. The friction points. Before I can communicate something well, I need to go backstage.

I don't do cosmetic communication. The Voice Blueprint is built on this — you can't extract someone's real voice without understanding what they actually know and how they actually think. The questionnaire isn't a form. It's a backstage pass.

2026

Voice Blueprint

The distillation of everything above. Expert founders and independents who have deep knowledge and a generic online presence. The same gap I've been fixing since 1998, in a new context — where AI systems are now the gatekeepers of visibility, and generic content is not just forgettable, it's invisible.
